This deletes the one piece of Audex data that lives on our servers instead of your device or your own Google account. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture of what's stored where.
What this deletes
-
✓
Your identifiable trial recordThe account identifier and trial-start date stored on our server, described in Section 1.5 of the Privacy Policy.
-
–
Not this: whether you've already used a trialA separate, one-way hashed value that can't identify you or your activity is kept to prevent indefinitely resetting a trial by repeating this deletion — see Section 1.5. Signing back in re-evaluates your trial from your account's real history, not as a brand-new account.
-
–
Not this: content on your deviceYour audio files, imported books, playlists, and listening history never leave your device — uninstalling Audex removes these immediately, with no need to visit this page.
-
–
Not this: your Google Drive backupIf you used the backup feature, that data lives in your own Drive account. Remove it by revoking Audex's access at Google Account permissions.
To confirm this is your account before deleting anything, sign in below with the same Google account you use in Audex. We only read your account identifier from that sign-in to find and delete the matching record — nothing else.
Confirming your account and deleting the record…
Done — your account identifier and trial-start date have been deleted from our servers. If you sign in again, your trial or purchase status will be re-evaluated from your account's real history, not treated as a brand-new account.
